Spring Has Sprung

The Waterwheel at Berry College. Berry was founded by Martha Berry for the poor
in the area. It has more acreage than any other college in the US.

Some pretty flowers blooming by some of the old houses in the downtown area.

The old water tower which is now known as the "Clock Tower". On the front lawn of the tower is where a school used to be many years ago.

The statue of Romulus and Remus was a gift from Mussolini to our city.

I love Spring and I love Summer even better. The warm days and sunshine make me feel so much better. It is my favorite time of year. I thought I would take some pictures of points of interest in our little town in Northwest Georgia. I hope you enjoy them, too.

  1. Great pics! I'm a huge fan of spring but it gets too hot in summer for me. I look forward to fall too, but spring is special to me.
